Payments are made every month directly into your account with an accompanying receipt showing the breakdown of all payments received and any applicable deductions.
We give each property a thorough clean before the guest’s arrival using our 25-point clean and all linen and toweling for guests is supplied.
We coordinate each check in and check out and give detailed instructions to the guests so they can make the most of your property. When they leave, a detailed photographic report is compiled and logged.
After years of hosting thousands of guests, we know what to look for. Our staff are trained to screen guests and look for red flags that ensure the right people are staying at your place.
We work with professional photographers to capture images of your property that are just as breathtaking as it is in real life.
Items such as toilet paper, shampoo and conditioner, body wash and other everyday kitchen items will be kept topped up and available for guests to use.
Once you’ve signed up you’ll be able to login to our system and book out dates for your own use any time and see details of the guests who are booked in.
We conduct regular maintenance checks on your property to ensure everything is working as it should. For the bigger jobs we have a trusted list of tradespeople and handywomen and men ready to go.
